Murdoch University Village

Perth is a relaxed city  and famous for its outdoors, blue skies, warm weather and white sandy beaches to be precise. Perth offers more hours of sunshine than any other capital city in Australia. The city sits on the Swan River where you can enjoy fishing, windsurfing, sailing  enjoying  a variety of outdoor sports.

Murdoch University Village is located 15km (a 19 min drive ),  south of the central business district of Perth and about 8 kilometres east of the port city of Fremantle. Murdoch is easily accessible  from all over Perth particularly due to the proximity of the Kwinana Freeway and the new rail line. Accessible from the City centre you can  experience some of Western Australia’s finest wineries, stunning beaches and bushlands, shopping, sea side restaurants and bars.

getting around

On South St there is a bus stop with regular buses going directly to Perth CBD and Fremantle CBD and other surrounding suburbs/areas.

parking

Ample parking is available within the Village. Guests are required to obtain temporary parking permits from the village administration office. The car parks are well lit at night and security do routine patrols.
